This is where the treehouse experience really comes to life.

A wooden walking bridge extends from the property into the wooded surroundings, creating one of those features that you simply don't expect to find in the middle of Charlotte.

The bridge is so unique that there is actually a recorded Encroachment Agreement with the City of Charlotte allowing for the continued location, use, maintenance and repair of the existing portion that extends onto City-owned property. The agreement runs with the property, and the full recorded agreement and survey are available for buyers to review.

It's an unusual feature—and exactly the kind of detail that makes this property memorable.
